Our team Service is looking for a Product Support Specialist to complete his team and build up our Product Lines Labels and support our current solution digital and flexo. You will report to the technical service manager and closely partner with cross-functional teams and experts in our organization.

Main Responsibilities: Act as an escalation point for Field Service Engineer (Level 2). Escalation of issues which can't be fixed at Level 3 to R&D. Act as a focal point for receiving the R&D Knowledge. Ensure closing Knowledge gaps to Field Service Engineer (Level 2). Prioritize escalations/solution to ensure Customer Satisfaction. Support implementation of technical changes to existing machine. Fast acting on customer service requests. Customer's remote support. Contribute to knowledge database of known product issues to facilitate sharing of information with other support personnel to aid in future problem solving. Identify, escalate issues and participate in the development of field communications to be released to customer/service. Processes and Install base optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement. Represent Customer Support for Machine Development projects and applications. Create and ensure execution on Trainings, documentation and technical notes. We are looking for a talented technical individual with customer-facing experience who is capable of handling pressure from the field/customer and will integrate into an already existing team with many talents and expertise.

Education and Languages: Mechanical or electronic studies. Very good communication in English. Travel time is between 50-60% of the time, Italy or abroad depending on field needs.
