**What You Can Expect
The Product Systems Consulant is primarily responsible for the software workflow development within the product build and content management systems of mymobility**®** with Apple Watch.
mymobility**®** with Apple Watch is Zimmer Biomet's digital care management system that helps surgeons to deliver support and guidance to their patients through a connected experience.
The Product Systems consultant is in addition responsible for collaboration with ZBEdge Marketing, Solutions Architects EMEA team and Global Connected Health Operations for identification and implementation of process improvements to drive organization and Customer improvement in success metrics.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
**How You Create Impact
- Define and implement work flow improvements in collaboration with ZB Edge Marketing, Solutions Architects EMEA team and Global Connected Health Operations team members and measure benefit.
Work together with other Product Systems Specialists in EMEA.
- Support Marketing and Market Access in developing the value proposition on how the data can be utilized by customer, and to identify market needs and opportunities of customers.
- Provide and create train-the-trainer training curriculums, support internal and external customers, and where needed, complement the Solutions Architects with end-user training and product demonstrations.
- Collect and establish KPI's for management review.
Support product system testing and troubleshooting, and create lesson's learned.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required in a IT or clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field.
- Current or previous work experience business process improvement (healthcare experience preferred) with 3-5 years of experience
**Travel Requirements**:
- Out of office travel required (up to 20-40% of required time)
