About the Product Team: The Product Team functions as an internal support department, coordinating closely with Customer Care, Operations, Partnerships, and Ticketing Teams. This team plays a crucial role in the promotion and creation of products within the online marketplace. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role within the Product Team, based in Rome, Italy. The role involves managing existing collections and developing new business opportunities, analysing market trends, and driving online sales. Responsibilities: Assist Product Collection Leads in executing weekly action items. Ensure inventory is accurately reflected online across all sales channels. Help curate product supply across various online marketplaces and platforms. Provide back-end product support, including troubleshooting technical issues. Support contract creation and product development efforts. Skills you'll need: New Business Development and Business Planning skills Analytical Skills for market trend analysis Strong Communication abilities Critical thinking Excellent interpersonal skills Fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in the tourism industry is a plus (but not a requirement given transferable skills) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data analysis or related field To Apply: Please send a cover letter and CV in English to saracrowntours.com.
