Product Training Coordinator
For a premium automotive brand, we are looking for a new Product Training Coordinator to manage and lead the brand's network training project.
The objective is to provide a high degree of quality, proactivity, and results orientation so that our client and its dealer network achieve all their goals.
This Coordinator activity will take place in direct contact with the Senior Brand Training PM and, consequently, with the Delivery Leader of the Learning Solution Value Stream to ensure proper project start-up by managing both start-up and subsequent ongoing management activities.
What will you be doing on a daily basis:Coordinate all relations with the internal Brand contacts responsible for Product training;Be a point of reference for the Client and proactively propose innovative training solutions;Develop content and contribute to design the dedicated training path;Select and propose appropriate training methods or activities (e. g.
simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes) in accordance with the Customer needs;Manage and coordinate external trainer and team activities to achieve the training target;Search and propose new trainers for new activity needs;Manage the production of programs and, in some cases, prepare and deliver some training courses or a part of these, as an Expert Master Trainer;Participate in regular project review meetings with the team as well as in weekly / monthly program review meetings with the Customer management;Collaborate to ensure achievement of defined project targets for the market;Ensure timely and accurate feedback and reporting, as per program requirements against tools & templates requested;Participate in internal and alignment meetings with various contact persons and external agencies involved in various projects;Teamwork with other internal resources involved in the project and communicate with external agencies involved.
Who are you? Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar;Previous experience in product training delivery and management in the automotive field;Knowledge of automotive products and technologies;Knowledge of training and coaching methodologies;Ability to coordinate plans and resources;Negotiation and conflict management skills;Customer care and management skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Excellent initiative and autonomy skills;High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;Fluent in Italian and English. Working pattern: Hybrid.
