**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
- Analyze all cycle information from the R&D Department and verify the technical feasibility, sequence of phases, resources, and times;
- Draft Production Operating Instructions for manual activities;
- Analyze cycle operations and perform time studies using standard Work Analysis - Times and Methods techniques;
- Define Standard Manufacturing Times by verifying actual processing times, defining standard values according to work analysis criteria, and updating data in the management information system;
- Data Analysis performs various elaborations to analyze the problem under examination and identify improvement solutions;
- Process Mapping verifies criticalities and identifies improvements;
- Economic Evaluations of Convenience in order to define the expected recoveries, as a consequence of improvement activities;
- Update of databases in case of variations in production parameters, updates the relative shared databases with the R&D Department, reporting standard references;
- Ensure that strategy, objectives, and KPIs are implemented according to Operational Excellence principles.
- Analyze and ensure the implementation of the Improvement Plan in the assigned production sites;
- Facilitate and monitor internal and external audits, in line with the provisions of the Performance Improvement Plan;
- Participate in the analysis of losses, identifying and defining priorities and opportunities for performance improvement;
- Support, train, and assist operational personnel in the implementation of LEAN projects;
- Set up the Kaizen tool for dedicated projects
**YOU HAVE**:
- Academic background:
- Engineering, either a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Previous experience:
- 2+ years of technical experience in manufacturing environment
- Skills**:
- Knowledge in technical aspects of product as well as of product specifications and offerings.
- Advanced knowledge in electrical and thermal terminology.
- Advanced knowledge in manufacturing processes.
- Skill in reading and interpreting product drawings.
- Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships across functional areas, with both internal and external customers.
- Skill in using personal computers including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to contribute knowledge and information to assist the team, especially in the problem solving process.
- Fluent English, written & spoken.
