This role will be focused on supporting the Production process and ensuring smooth and timely delivery from design vision to the final product.

The role will require a hands-on and proactive approach as well as excellent organizational and planning skills.

**Responsibilities**:

Coordinate production schedule with Production Manager.

Plan and monitor production budgets.

Assist in developing samples and tracking deliveries.

Provide regular and detailed reporting to Production Manager --including but not limited to production

progress, vendor information, key dates/deadlines, inventory levels, problems, etc.

Communicate closely with Production Manager and/or Design team to ensure/confirm all production details.

Attend, participate in, and contribute to regular Production meetings.

Assist in regular communication with the Commercial team, and provide support Importante Azienda sales campaigns.

Complete regular visits to local factories to check on productions; ensuring quality control best practices are

met.

Maintain productive, respectful, and professional working relationships with external vendors.

Support manufacturers and vendors, and provide necessary information to ensure timely deliveries.

Create and maintain documents and archives related to production.

Data entry and general data management (Zedonk).

Profilo

**Requirements**:

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Must have a strong interest in the Fashion industry and womenswear.

Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment

Must be detail-oriented and through.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Suite skills.

Previous experience is a plus

Must be fluent in Italian
