**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Lean Manufacturing methodology implementation in the manufacturing plant and process

- Define and manage the budget for Lean implementation in the manufacturing plant in order to achieve the Targets in terms of saving inside the plant

- Define and manage (according saving prioritization) the lean projects implementation in the manufacturing plant

- Report to the Head Of Manufacturing and to the Global Manufacturing Organization the Lean Manufacturing Project results and the Lean Manufacturing KPIs

- Coordinate the Facility maintenance activities inside the Manufacturing plant in alignment with HSE requirements

- Support colleagues within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments in the implementation of short-term operational plans

- Targets achievement for Lean Projects but also defines mid-term goals with some authority within the Manufacturing department

- Continuous improvement of Manufacturing and Logistic processes inside the plant (lean methodology, tools, personnel development) in order to achieve production target saving and improve the manufacturing efficiency

**Your profile and qualifications**:

Educational Background

- Master's degree in engineering or any related technological science, preferably in the field of process engineering

Professional Knowledge and Experiences

- Experience in leading significant change and improvement in the manufacturing processes

- Experience in direct management of blue-collar operators is a plus

Other Skills & Competencies

- Good (fluent level is a plus) English language writing and speaking

- Strong Leadership and change competencies

- Lean Manufacturing Process knowledge (Lean Certificate Green Belt or above level is a plus)
