Production Controller

Partner with the best As Production Control, you will provide direction and assistance to the operation team in order to meet planned activities.
In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions.
As Production Control, you will be responsible for: Coordinating and executing scheduling activities for assigned projects using advanced planning systems. Supporting short-term planning, assuring the shop has the necessary materials, configuration records, manpower, and tooling to meet required manufacturing planning. Identifying and reacting to material plans that do not meet customer requirements. Providing effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware/tooling availability, and status to schedules. Monitoring supply and demand misalignment using advanced planning systems and collaborating with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans. Acting as a focal point and monitoring delivery dates to meet production needs. Coordinating the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity. Working with shop management to develop hardware delivery commitments. Assuring timely shipments to all customers and preparing and implementing work orders and plans as required. Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during the manufacturing of products. Analyzing and measuring the current production status and identifying problem areas that inhibit full schedule realization. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Business or Technical University degree. Have previous and demonstrated experience in scheduling, planning, or project management (more than 5 years). Possess excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Be able to work well in a team environment and perform under pressure/against tight deadlines. Manage multiple projects at a time to meet delivery deadlines. Have a good level of spoken and written English. Be familiar with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Exhibit a team player attitude. Be APICS certified.
