You will be part of the Apparel Division, the department that following the brand brief, contributes strongly to the development of product lines in the medium to long term.

In this role you will coordinate the team that brings the Apparel Collection of our owned Brands - (Salewa, Dynafit, LaMunt, Wild Country) from Salesman Sample Status to Production.

**Tasks and responsibilities

- Responsible for solving production issues with suppliers in collaboration with Product Developers, Quality and R&D Material Teams

- Align and reinforce production processes across all brands

- Develop relationships with suppliers to guarantee Oberalp Quality Standards in factories

- Support Production Specialists during fitting sessions for production confirmation

- Supervise Production Specialists in completion of Garment Tech Sheets and PPS (pre-production-sample), mock-up and strike-off requests within defined timing

- Collaborate with Quality and R&D Material Teams in order to avoid production quality issues and delays

- Support Production Specialists in the evaluation of Lab Test Reports

**Profile

- Experience in similar responsibility role

- Knowledge of the têxtile/apparel industry, outdoor industry experience is a plus

- Very good spoken and written English

- Proficient use of Microsoft office suite in particular Excel and PLM

- Experience working with Garments and Fabric Tech Sheets and experience in evaluating Lab Test Report

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel (both Asia and Europe) and keen to travel frequently from Monteblluna Office to Bolzano HQ
