**MANIN

Our monumental office in Via Manin is where NGG was born.

It is home to the creative, product and production functions of all the NGG brands.

**THE ROLE

Off-White is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team and manage the production process of the RTW collection.

You will report to the Production Manager and oversee all production advancement phases.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Oversee raw materials requirements and stock availability

- Manage the planning to ensure the delivery of assigned orders are on schedule

- Oversee the sample traffic management between HQ, warehouse and suppliers

- Coordinate the compilation of production data into ERP software

- Constant interface with the product development office and with external suppliers

- Manage the budget and ensure its adherence

**WHO YOU ARE

- 5 years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand

- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Experienced in RTW garment construction, fabrics, knitwear fitting sessions.

- Accessories, embroideries and printing, patternmaking and sewing techniques is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills

- Good level of English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process

- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents

- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchangingenvironment

- Open to national and international travel
