**Production Coordinator (f/m/d)**:

To support our Styling team we are searching for a Production Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Overseeing the photo production process and planning for the Menswear Styling Team

- Assisting with creating and managing the Styling Team's schedule, while considering different targets and special projects

- Assisting with booking models and hiring freelancers.

Overseeing all gooses and liaising with all model agencies.

- Daily communication with the Head of Studio, in order to ensure that all targets and deadlines are met

- Proactively thinking of ways to improve efficiency and support implementation

- Responsible for the Logistic organization of the studio

- Supporting with the organization of social shoot and overseeing social briefing for the MW Styling team

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Previous experiences in a production studio, fashion or creative agency

- Excellent organizational skills

- Good understanding of digital production

- Familiarity with the pace of an e-commerce production studio

- Flexibility, patience and ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
