This position reports to Manufacturing Unit Manager.

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

The work model for the role is: #onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times. Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff. Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements. Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up. Improving data analysis with digital tools. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role:

You enjoy working in a team, you are a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills. Possess knowledge of Office package. Knowledge of lean manufacturing is appreciated. Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering (manufacturing). You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools is considered a plus. More about us:
