The Production Director will be responsible for all activities related to production for both RTW and Accessories for the Maison. ResponsibilitiesDefine with Management production strategy and objectives, leading the production operations from start to finish (sampling to production), under the frame of continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the manufacturing process. Drive and coordinate the Production, Planning, Atelier, Purchasing and Quality teams ensuring all operations are performed in a fluid and effective manner.

Will be in first line to resolve technical-quality problems. Strictly collaborate and support the Product Development team to share all needed information. Manage the pattern making team for both the sampling process as well as production, ensuring respect of the requirements of the Style department, adherence to calendars, and effective information transfer during the whole process, supporting in problem solving. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer orders and delivery deadlines. Search for and negotiate with suppliers for the contracting of required services. Manage the Bologna site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times. ProfileMinimum of 15 years' experience, having covered growing and diverse responsibilities (planning, quality, sourcing, costing) in RTW manufacturing/production plant management, within luxury brands or related manufacturers. Strong technical knowledge of high-end RTW development and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in costing, tempi & metodi, working cycles and quality control.

Familiar with pattern making activities. Luxury product background, mainly Womenswear (Accessories knowledge is required). Balance of strong problem-solving skills, intuition and creative thinking. Project Management, leadership and proven experience as a team player with peers. Personal AttributesStrong relationship builder, good communicator, influencer with great capacity for networking at all levels (including peers, direct reports, internal and external stakeholders). Charismatic and capable of inspiring and engaging others. Strong leadership and familiarity with working with creative people. Fluent in Italian; English and/or French is a plus.
