For a leading CDMO pharmaceutical company specializing in sterile drug production, we are looking for a Production Director.

The resource will be responsible for coordinating the entire production department, managing a team of approximately 400 employees, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and international regulatory standards. Define and implement strategies for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency and productivity. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective resource allocation and promoting a safe and collaborative work environment. Work closely with QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering functions to ensure operational continuity and adherence to production timelines. Identify and implement new technologies and innovative solutions for continuous production improvement. Monitor production KPIs and develop action plans to achieve company objectives. Manage the production department budget and ensure efficient resource utilization. Manage clients relationship. Requirements: Degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent). At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in sterile drug production. In-depth knowledge of GMP and FDA/EU regulations. Excellent personnel management and leadership skills. Strong results orientation and problem-solving abilities.
