The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries.

The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment.

Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached.

The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses.

In this way more than 40, 000 m3 are reused and therefore saved every year, equal to over 80 swimming pool of 25 m. For our Plant, we are looking for an Engineer to join the Production team, reporting direct to Unit Production Director. Key responsibilities:Collaboration with Performance, Quality and Safety Departments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations and procedures and promoting a safe working environment. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the continuous improvement projects in the production departmentAnalysis of department indicators, such as production progress, waste, quality, and safety indicatorsFollow up and support production planning managementWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, maintenance, and engineering, to achieve common goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret production data maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the productionRequirements:Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is requiredPrevious experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
