WE ARE LOOKING FORBAT ITALIA, worldwide leader in FMCG:Production Engineering Manager -BATMain Responsibilities:Lead the Production lines (with 24 hours accountability) to deliver business results and to ensure maximum productivity, target achievement, and customer satisfaction; Deliver production volume in accordance with plan and budget, as well as applying the Integrated Work System (IWS) and standards and policies; Implement continuous improvements to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency by optimizing individual work stages and overall processes; Deliver production schedule targets as agreed with Scheduling and Production Manager; Control the maintenance task lists are in place and support execution of NPI activities on production lines to ensure full compliance of the workplace and employees with legislation; Ensure proper application of Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures; Implement maintenance interventions and process innovation, monitoring the maintenance process using indicators like MTTR and MTBF and develop strategies to achieve predetermined objectives. Requirements: Degree in Engineering with a technical or managerial focus. At least 5 years of experience in the role or a similar position, preferably in the Automotive sector and/or CNC mechanical processing. Good command of the English language. Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate in drafting production budgets and responsibility for cost control within their sector. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
