About the Role:This opportunity is for a full-time Tier 1 Production Operator working on our night shift starting from 7pm to 7am. The starting rate is $22. 00 per hour. There is an additional shift premium of $1. 00 per hour for night shift.

Main Responsibilities:Operate machines as assignedMaximize output of equipment by minimizing downtime & minimize wasteEnsure machine and floors are free from debris and productIdentify machine problems and ensure they are resolved quicklyWork well with maintenance in eliminating downtimeEnsure product is produced / packaged according to company quality standardsEnsure machine is locked out according to company safety policies and proceduresEnsure Critical Control Points checks arecompletedMonitoring equipment on a regular basisEnsure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are practiced and maintainedCleaning and sanitatizing areas and equipment during changeoverWho we are looking for:Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when requiredAbility to meet/exceed goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to perform heavy lifting, up to 50lbsMeets the physical demands of the positionExcellent eye and hand coordinationCommittment to adhere to the company's GMPs including wearing uniforms and PPECompetent problem-solving skillsWork in a team environmentHigh sense of urgencyCommitment to Ferrero safety, food safety and quality policies and proceduresHigh School Diploma / GEDPrevious experience working with food manufacturing equipment is preferredHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
