ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Rovereto Plant (TN).

As Production Area Manager, you have the opportunity to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.

Main Responsibilities: Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs Guarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plans Management of quality KPIs Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions to guarantee the required levels Responsibility for the quality of the parts produced in the Shop Knowledge and application of delegation mechanisms Training and Development of direct team members Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (maintenance costs, indirect materials costs, scrap costs, etc. )

Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references to cope with environmental emergencies Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projects PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Master's Degree in Engineering At least 3 years of experience Previous experience as manufacturing area manager is appreciated Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma) Strong managerial skills Strong project management skills Problem solving attitude Good relationship skills WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
