Job Description The Production Manager will ensure daily production through its availability in the production area to facilitate the operation of the work cell, in a manner consistent with the culture of self-management given through empowerment and the required responsibility, with the objective of producing and deliver high quality products to customers in a compromising, efficient and profitable manner Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- To guarantee that drugs and medical disposals are produced and stored in compliance with standards coming from Quality Management System and GMP rules

- To plan production on all stages and for all products, depending on client orders/forecast, production budgets and stocks of finished products

- To plan, coordinate, manage and train resources to ensure production targets consistent with GMP (quantity, mix, costs)

- To verify the efficiency of production areas, facilities and equipment

- To verify routine maintenance for every equipment involved in production processes and the execution of validation processes for production areas, facilities and equipment in compliance with quality standards

- Participate in the approval meetings of daily plans. Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:

What you'll bring to the role:

Ideal background:

- Education:

Graduate in life science, chemistry, pharmacy (Bachelor Scientific Level)

- Languages:

Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Italian (at least A2 level)Experience / Professional requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in a high-tech production environment or Pharmaceutical Industry (Aseptical filling)Work location:
