We're looking for a Production Manager to lead operations, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality & safety.

Monitor production, analyze data, and make adjustments.

Support shift leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage workforce scheduling and resolve operational issues.

Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

10+ years in production/operations leadership (automotive preferred).

Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Italian & English.
