Opportunity For an important multinational company ?

Food Sector we are looking for a Production Manager figure for their Piedmont Plant.

**Responsibilities**:

Reporting to the plant manager, this figure will be responsible for production and continuous improvement for the plant and will coordinate production teams at all levels

Specific responsibilities include:

Production line performances (OEE, productivity, service level, ? /kg)

KPI definition and tracking

Collaborate with the management to definition of succession plan for key role people and to the growth of talent

Adapt documents in order to facilitate their understanding by users (OPL & SOP)

Continuous improvement culture development and Autonomous Maintenance development

5S and kaizen

Change over optimization and SMED implementation

Co-responsible with safety department of keeping safe environmental and working conditions at all Factory levels

Ensure change management ontime in full (new SKU, new installation, new procedures)

Collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain Manager

Budgeting, forecasting and Cost Management

Skills Master's degree in engineering

Valuable experience in production in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company - preferable in food Industry

Experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies

Leadership skills

Good knowledge of the English and French language
