to establish, manage and control the Production activities in the Unit, in order to obtain the best results in Quality, Lead-Time, Cost and Delivery of products required by the Projects and fulfil the client's satisfaction in-line corporate guidelines and site priorities, to lead continuous improvement in Department and to lead WPOs in beating their QCD commitments.

Key responsibilities:

to successfully deploy best-practicesto reach world-class excellence in Production; implementation of ALSTOM Transport Production Systems (APSYS) to fulfil Production objectives to define management of Production organization (planning, manufacturing, testing, logistics, quality inspection, industrialization, etc. )

to deploy industrial strategies in-line with Product Line Management Committee decisions to participate in the investment/budget planning to promote the correct environmental management, in order to assure the treatment of wastes, atmospheric emissions within instructions of Environmental Department to maintain a safe working environment for employees and sub-contractors in-line with Sector EHS policy to execute make versus buy management in-line with Product Line Management Committee decisions to manage Manufacturing subcontractors to lay out in close relationship with Industrialization to ensure that the function is resourced adequately, in terms of number of people and skills to manage performance and development of direct reports Qualifications:
