For our Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a **Production Manager RTW, Footwear and Leather Goods **to join our Industrial & Supply Chain Team.

**Main responsibilities**:

**Production management for the 3 categories

- Ensure the entire process of defining and managing production, contracting with third parties and related terms and conditions, verifying production plans and progress in order to meet the defined budget and timing;

- Coordinate and supervise the management of orders and deliveries, ensuring the inclusion of production prices in company information systems;

- Verify and validates the administrative and invoicing processes, in cooperation with the accounting department;

- Liaise with Production Planning team in the definition of production planning for the 3 categories, guaranteeing alignment with the different company departments involved, in compliance with company timing and delivery times of finished products established with the Commercial and Retail Departments;

- Be responsible for the continuous monitoring of the progress of production, through the coordination of external suppliers, setting KPIs to monitor performance and defining, if necessary, action plans with the objective of respecting the established schedule;

- Be responsible for scouting new suppliers that respect the cost and quality parameters required by the company, collaborating with the Design Department and the Product Development teams;

- Liaise with the Purchase team for the coordination of the purchasing process and relations with suppliers of raw materials and accessories for production, defining the terms of delivery and costs and the subsequent quality control;

- Define, in collaboration with Quality Control Team, the quality and acceptability standards of products, liaising with QC in managing the process of returns and charges to suppliers for non-conformity

**Industrialization / Modelling

- Through the supervision of the Technical Office team, ensure the correction of the sample, the updating of the technical data sheets, the correct size-set and the insertion of the supplier prices in the company information systems with the aim of transferring the information regarding the collection to external suppliers and proceeding with the release of the production;

- Supervise and ensure the correctness and completeness of the different bases and productions

**Ideal Profile**:

- Degree in relevant field of study;

- Minimum 5 years of previous experience as Production Manager;

- Being immediately available will be considered a plus;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language;

- Good knowledge of clothing techniques and production processes in the RTW/têxtile, footwear and leather goods sectors;

- Proficient with MS Office;

- Team Management and good relational skills.
