Your profile and qualifications:

The Industrial Engineer will focus on analyzing production workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Lean manufacturing tools to optimize processes. Responsibilities include conducting time and motion studies, eliminating waste, and streamlining operations using techniques like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Additionally, the role involves training staff in Lean practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
