Our client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for aPRODUCTION PLANNERWho will have the mission to manage service level, manufacturing resources load balance, material management, dealing with new product introduction, demand variations, variable bottlenecks, incoming/outcoming new material flows, evolving manufacturing landscape and layout. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Production planning, scheduling, dispatchingMaterial managementNew materials set up and planningReporting and KPIException management (back order, missing components)Materials and production orders expeditingProject and people managementREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fieldsAt least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within structured multinational companiesSkilled inplanning and scheduling processes in complex manufacturing environmentsComfortable with fashion-industry collection managementPlanning and scheduling toolsLegacy systems (SAP preferred)Office (Excel, Access)Able to communicate effectively in Italian and EnglishProblem solving, team working, resilience, openness to a fast-changing environment, readiness to lead improvement projects or to set up new flows, ability to manage daily workflow but openness to manage exceptions and new challenges and tasks.
