Job Role

**Job description

We are looking for a production planner that will perform all the activities needed to ensure the achievement of production goals to short and medium term.

The production planner's responsibilities include the timing alignment between supply chain and production schedule and the monitor and update of the schedule to meet the production deadlines.

You will also be on the first line for the alignment of the activities with our ERP/MRP system recently implemented.

You will be involved on the management of industry 4. 0 financing opportunities and grants aimed to finance the future production tools and machinery.

Your function will also require significant interaction with other company departments, such as Procurement and Project Management.

It will be an operative function, involved in concrete process related activities rather than resources management activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Effecting update of production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met;

- Support the implementation of Management of industry 4. 0 financing opportunities and grants for production tools and machinery;

- Alignment between production activities and EPR/MRP system;

- Follow the implementation of a new planning module of the ERP;

- Schedule the periodical maintenance of complex tools and machinery;

- Interface with the procurement team to ensure that arrival schedule of needed components, materials and services are coherent with the

production schedule;

- Interface with the project management team to report status and performances;

- Identification and resolution of production issues to minimize delays;

Work with schedule in Excel and Project to support current and future activities
