Job Summary

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

Daily Analysis of MRP results and management of MRP Messages (mainly reschedule in, reschedule out and cancel processes)

Daily conversion of planned orders into purchase requisitions and/or production order based on MRP dates and production plan; daily release in MRP of customer orders

Daily front end with Manufacturing for monitoring and recording progress of shop schedule vs planned activity and CAD (contractual acknowledged date)

Realization of NCR and revision's disposition

Periodic check and maintenance on Material Master parameters

Interface with Procurement Department to know delivery dates for goods receipt and manage the schedule accordingly to communicate impact on job's delivery

Periodic Shortages List Control on planned/production orders and expediting/recovery< action plan

Minimum Job Qualifications

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

High School Diploma on Mechanical / First Level Degree on Mechanical or Industrial Engineer

1-2 years' experience in a relevant role

**Competencies**:

- Good Knowledge of the production process and MRP; basic knowledge on Inventory management concept

- Good knowledge of product & components

- Department & HSE procedure knowledge

- English knowledge (fluent)

- OPTIMUS/ NIMBUS Map knowledge preferred

- SAP, MS Office
