The candidate will join the Planning team with the following activities:

Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve any scheduling conflicts; Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement; Expertise in planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay; Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize production processes, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products; Ability to define manpower in order to guarantee the industrial production plan; Critical thinking to challenge processes and announced capacity; Ability to manage teams (2-3 people); Fluent in English and Italian. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background in Engineering/Economics; At least 3 years of experience; Analytical skills and knowledge of the main production and supply chain flows.
