Position Summary

Ensure the implementation of management MRP in terms of punctuality of deliveries to suppliers.

Under general supervision determine the quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule.

Initiate purchase or production requisitions as appropriate.

**Responsibilities

RESPONSABILITIES

- Management of goods deliveries from suppliers / components assigned to him, in the times and methods defined by the company.

- Supply of the material to prevent failures in the plant, which might impair the productivity.

- Backup the control function, critical analysis and management of MRP.

- Emits, on the basis of supply programs for production materials (derived from the analysis of MRP), purchase orders and delivery of metal parts, chemicals and outsourcing activities resulting from the analysis of the MRP.

- Supports supervisor in the analysis and warehouse management.

- May perform activities of imports of raw materials from non-EU countries for which there is the practice of customs clearance of goods.

- Traces activity reminder to the supplier to ensure compliance with the quality of materials.

**Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in engineering management.

- At least 1 year exerience in the position, previous experiences in manufacturing companies will be a strong plus.

- Italian mothertongue, Fluent English.

- Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office, especially Excel.

SBO and SAP-like softwares will be a plus.

- Results oriented.

- Team work oriented.

- Good interpersonale and communication skills.
