DescriptionKenvue is currently recruiting for:Production PlannerThis position reports into Plan Associate Manager and is based at Santa Palomba Pomezia, Italy. What you will doThe Production Planner will be generally responsible for ensuring stock availability of the right products to the right locations at the right cost in the right time for his/her portfolio.
The Production Planner ensures a detailed, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to key partners in Kenvue organization building the link between demand, regional organization, and supply sites. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact for the relevant portfolio for supply: managing supply constraints to minimize business impact by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure production plans match to demand signalReview Net Requirements variations on a weekly basis and connecting demand, supply, and productionExecute inventory strategy defined by the regional teamTrack production execution daily and weekly; Scan and identify potential supply constraints (capacity, materials, etc) and support relevant partners with appropriate scenario planning to enable the right decision makingRun scenario planning to ensure the right capacity is allocated to the portfolio based on net requirement handover and production performance, supporting rough-cut capacity plan to identify gaps in supply vs demand; aligning solutions withregional team to mitigate exceptions and provide insights for S&OP process in a clear and timely mannerContinuously strive to support improvement activities and SC projects acting as a production planning point of contact in own portfolio of production and suppliersSupervise planning and scheduling master data to ensure its integrity and correctnessQualificationsWhat we are looking forMaster/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fieldMinimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar role in supply/production planning and/or in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or LogisticsExperience in SAP R/3 and OMP is a plus, MS Office, especially strong Excel is a mustFluent level of written and spoken English is a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive mindset that can positively influence the organization and inspire othersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesOpen to learn to work within a regional matrix organization and virtual multinational teamsA dynamic and self-starter personality, detail-orientation, willing to focus and commit even in periods of multiple prioritiesKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
