**As a Production Planner at ASM you will**:
- Plan and manage production schedules for respective products according to sync chart, product cycle time and plant capacity to meet Planned Manufacturing Complete Date (PMCD), Ready Customer Pick-up date (RCP) and Customer Request Date (CRD)
- Manage and maintain product waterfall charts accurately and timely based on product cycle time, material clean-to-build status and manufacturing capacity to meet PMCD, RCP and CRD, and drive specific action plans with cross-functional teams to recover, meet and improve these schedules.
- Provide commits to current and next quarter Build Plan PMCD, RCP and CRD to Program Management team
- Work closely and vigorously with Extended Factory and Purchasing teams to drive required material clean-to-build status, manufacturing vital parts and required kit fill rates to ensure on-schedule manufacturing start and completion per Build Plan
- Support on-going continuous improvement programs and process enhancements in a dynamic manufacturing business environment.
- Strong team player with hands-on approach to drive cross-functional teams (Program Management, EFT and Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Change Control, Quality, Logistics) for recovery plans to mitigate risks to PMCD, CRD and RCP, drive escalations & ad-hoc task force teams to resolve gating issues, and strong operational experience supporting day-to-day manufacturing demands, particularly tight coordination with Logistics team for accurate and timely material issuance to Manufacturing
- Familiarity with BOM and multi-level BOM structure in semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry, prompt and accurate BOM analysis, demand loading and timely update of MRP requirement dates based on latest Build Plan and latest (re)prioritization of tools
- Strong experience in reviewing, analyzing and managing Engineering Change Orders, configuration changes, end-of-life (EOL) cut-in for tools in production plan especially tools in WIP, ideally with strong understanding and ability to work in SAP PLM
**What we are looking for**:
- Preferably with a Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Project management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an equipment manufacturing environment particularly in high mix, low volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, ability and agility to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP PLM, Microsoft Excel, Power BI
- Good with numbers, detailed and meticulous
- Methodological approach with good understanding of business processes
- Independent, diligent, driven and highly motivated personality
