**Mission**:

The Production Planner is responsible for Customer Orders control in site and management of Customer Lead Time Requests guaranteeing proper interaction between manufacturing plant and Inside Sales Representatives.

He performs a manufacturing schedule based on customer requirements taking into account components availability, production constraints and priorities to ensure on time delivery to customers

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Provide lead times and delivery dates for customers (external, internal or intercompany) and communicate any delays to customers.

- Balance short and medium term production load according to the capacity while minimizing overtime, monitoring Global Customer demand and compare with production capacity taking into account components availability.

- Process planning and alarms treatment in the ERP, including over consumption on Kanban parts.

- Give support on inventory analysis according to Plan for every part (PFEP) Analyst needs, like obsoletes, transfer, product modification.

- Participate in projects that have an impact on the supply chain, assuring good performance of the implementation of Improvement Systems on the Customer Demand flow for the organization

**Profile**:

- 1-3 years of work/internship experience;

- Technical Background in Engineering/Management;

- Experienced in Production Planning in SMEs/international enterprises;

- Italian native speaker;

- Proficient in English in speech and writing;

- Enthusiastic, result driven, flexible, & team player.
