The role involves evaluating and implementing new processes and procedures in collaboration with other departments, focusing on value-added activities, minimizing defects, and increasing production quality output.
The goal is to create systems that make the best use of workers, machines, materials, and information.
The candidate will prepare periodic reports and specific KPIs related to product quality. Your Profile / QualificationsEducation: Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Skills: Data analysis, communication, teamwork, proficiency in English and local language, and knowledge of technical drawing. Experience: Some years (2-3) in the mechanical industry (not mandatory).
