**The Role

**What you will do

- Analyse customer orders in the portfolio, control the raw material requirements everyday and the availability of production capacity

- Ensure the correct implementation of production planning

- Know the operations and related processes, ensuring the correct planning of the workload in according with volumes, times, quality, assigned costs

- Define and promote process improvement actions and work closely with other company functions (production, sales, technical office) in order to guarantee the required standards of service to customers.

- Monitor the reliability of stocks, proposing improvement actions necessary for reducing stocks

- Update costantly internal documentation and reporting.

- Coordinate and supervise the team

**What you need to have

- Previous experience in a similar job

- Technical training (diploma / degree),

- Knowledge of MRP planning and operation logics

- Knowledge of SAP is a plus

- Fluency in English

- Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit
