Our Client is a leading multinational Corporation operating in the Industrial Components and Manufacturing sectors, as a Tier1.

**Posizione**:

In order to strengthen their Production Management Team for the main Plant in Italy, they're looking for a Production Planning Manager.

- Coordinating the Production Planning Department, its workflow for one or multiple product lines and its workforce;

- Developing production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications, determine production requirements plant capacity and production tasks;

- Coordinating with the Production Team-Leaders and Industrial staff in order to guarantee production performances and deadlines, scheduling shifts according to production needs;

- Defining and prioritizing operations, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand;

- Collaborating with Quality, Logistics, Engineering and the other industrial-related functions both in Italy and in connection with EMEA requirements;

- Providing daily, weekly and monthly production analysis for comparing the forecast to the capacity model;

- Preparing other reports, as requested.

**Requisiti**:

- Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or similar academic paths;

- At least 5 years in the same role and function - or in connected roles - preferably in multinational and multi-cultural professional environments;

- Proven experience in managing at least small operational Teams in Production Industrial environments;

- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Availability to make short trips, especially in the initial year, to other plants of the Group in Europe;

- Fluency both in Italian and English language.
