We are looking for highly motivated **Production Scheduler **for Client Company in Ispra (VA)

**Purpose of the role**:

Production Scheduler manages:

- the requested orders,

- scheduling them to optimize demand against available capacity.

- He/she is responsible for acting in a way that can assure the needed support to achieve a complete-on-time delivery of components, maximizing the overall efficiency at production lines and throughout the rest of the Supply Chain.

**He/she will also directly manage a Team of Production Operator.

**Responsibilities and key activities**:

- Manage a team of Production Operators

**Manage the Order**:

- Convert Planned Order into Production Order.

After the planned order has been released,

- He/She is in charge of running a specific transaction into SAP in order to convert it to Production Order.

**Manufacture the Product**:

- Schedule Production.

He/She is in charge of collecting all the Production Orders dividing them in batches following criteria that bring an optimization of production and the maximization of the efficiency.

**Schedule Production**:

- List Orders: He/She is in charge of running a specific transaction into SAP that generates the characteristics of each order converted.

(input for CAD CAM processes)

- Insert text File into Scheduler: He/She is in charge of loading the file generated by SAP into the scheduler in order to create batches of orders that can optimize production efficiency.

(this file is also an input for CAD CAM processes)

- Save list of orders divided in batches: He/She has to save output of the scheduler into a folder shared with the Shop Floor Supervisor.
