We are looking for a Production Specialist to join our Electrification business.

You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy for a local ABB organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations and collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

**This position reports to**:

Production Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support production during day-by day on production's KPI in order to improve efficiency with improved performance of OEE machines, reducing machines stop and defects.

- Support production and quality /engineering department in order to find improvement of processes.

Participate in proactive way the quality wins project and lighthouse project ongoing in the production departments.

- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities and implement improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements providing a boost to factory digital transformation.

- Provide support to Production during the introduction of new products or new release on main production line, monitoring training and learning curve of operators.

- Be a connection profile between R&D and operation.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree in mechanical, industrial, management or electrical engineering (or related).

- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and in Data Analytics.

- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language.

- Interest in IT skills (programming languages es.

Power BI, Phyton ecc ).

- Solid and methodical approach to investigation and improvement processes, ability to work cross functional.

- Problem solving, analytical and planning skills.
