As **Production Specialist**, reporting to Production Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Organize data collection and improvement activities in the whole factory;

- Plan AM activities and collaborate with maintenance department to optimize machines reliability;

- Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process;

- Be the Project Leader for improvement activities (quick and standard kaizen finalized to improve production output and machine OEE);

- Development safety culture, a quality and target oriented mentality in all the factory areas;

- Support production and industrialization team in new activities introduction and new machines ramp-up.

Target oriented mentality and a genuine ability to interface with other people complete the desired skills for an ideal production specialist.

English knowledge is basic requirements.
