Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate the audience attending the set.

- To be the contact person for all suppliers of the set and venue involved in the production (schedules, changes in needs, equipment expansion, material requests).

- Attend to production needs that may arise in other departments (search for new suppliers, printing, purchase of materials. . . ).

- Collaborate with team members to achieve

- Access control of suppliers in the venue (personnel lists, accreditation requests).

- Organization of the material generated in the shooting and set (props, purchases, etc. ).

- Support to the video team on outdoor shoots (request for permits, purchases, equipment rental).

**Requirements**:

- Good attitude and disposition towards the assigned tasks will be a priority, but also flexibility in the face of changes and new tasks that arise in an improvised way.

- Passionate about the audiovisual industry and eager to work on a variety of sports and entertainment programs and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented cross-functional team.

- Enthusiastic and proactive professional who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and is eager to learn and grow with us.

- Ability to follow instructions and operating procedures.

- Availability to work weekends, if necessary.

- Basic communication and teamwork skills.

- Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential.

- Proactive, decisive, autonomous and organized person who approaches a project with energy and passion and is able to work on different projects at the same time under pressure.
