**YOUR ROLE

- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products

- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects

- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel

- Ensures operations processes and solutions

**YOUR SKILLS

- Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Engineering

- 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required

- People Management skills

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge

- IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

- Proactive, passionate, result oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills
