Il capo turno è responsabile della gestione del suo team per eseguire le operazioni di produzione secondo il programma in conformità con le regole HSE e GMP.

Esperto di processo

Fornire supporto tecnico e scientifico in prima linea per tutte le questioni specifiche del processo per garantire l'esecuzione dei processi in tempo (continuità aziendale); in conformità a cGMP, SOP e linee guida e standard funzionali applicabili (ad esempio HSE, NOSSCE) e per consentire un continuo miglioramento della qualità, dell'efficienza della produttività.

Utilità di pianificazione operativa

L'utilità di pianificazione operativa stabilisce e mantiene aggiornato un piano dettagliato per le attività correlate all'unità di produzione.

L'Utilità di pianificazione operativa è responsabile dello sviluppo di diversi scenari di produzione (aumento della velocità di esecuzione, modifiche del processo, ramp-up, adattamento del modello di turno, ecc. )

e del miglioramento dello strumento di pianificazione.

Esperto di sistemi di produzione

Esperto MES che fornisce competenze tecniche a supporto di tutte le questioni legate ai registri elettronici dei lotti (eBR).

MES Expert supporta l'implementazione mes, l'implementazione e il miglioramento continuo nelle unità di produzione e fornisce supporto tecnico di routine in officina.

Allenatore tecnico

Fornisce formazione tecnica e risultati di apprendimento valutati per l'ambito assegnato.

Può anche progettare e sviluppare interventi di apprendimento.

Può anche guidare la risposta di audit di formazione per il sito.

About The Role Major accountabilities: Ensure that raw materials used for the manufacturing process are always available in the right amount and properly stored according to their status. Support Production Manager to write down and validate the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation. Be the Deputy of Production Manager in managing, coordinating and approving the execution of the production activities for the batch release when Production Manager is not on site. Support Production Manager to ensure proper qualification and maintenance of the manufacturing department, premises and equipment. Ensure, in collaboration with Production Manager, appropriate initial and continuing training of the manufacturing department personnel. Manage the presence, shifts and performances of the Production Technicians when Production Manager is not on site. Manage the re-planification in case of failure to mitigate the impact for the patient in collaboration with QP when Production Manager is not on site. Support Production Manager to improve continuously the performance through key performance indicators. Management of waste material. Support in Health, Safety and Environment management in collaboration with the Production Manager. Support Production Manager on compliance activities and documentation on site with existing statutory and corporate standards in the area of regulatory compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection. Minimum Requirements Scientific Degree. Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical/biotech environment. Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily production operation runs smoothly. Exploitation of new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value adding activities and improve productivity/performance through new processes. Shows the appropriate sense of urgency around given tasks. Fluent in Italian.
