Become part of our team. Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe job incumbent plans, manages and coordinates all production activities within a shift and ensures that the overall production performance is in alignment with the companys standards and goals.

Supervises all employees in the area of responsibility and actively participates in the production process and activities. Main TasksManage and control the day-to-day activities for an assigned shift within a production plantLead, direct and coordinate a team of employees within the area of responsibility (but not disciplinary)Manage and control if the production activities are in line with the production plan and deadlinesEnsure that the product quality is in compliance with the technical and quality standards as well as the customer requirementsSupport the RPS/8D Process in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Production Supervisor to ensure that the quality standards are met, participate in the RPS discussions/meetingsEnsure the quality approval of the products by the Quality Inspectors/Supervisors and implement corrective actions in case of deviations, control if the corrective measures are effectively appliedImplement, coordinate and control the accuracy, cleanliness and the order of the production area/activitiesManage/execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Process, control for loss and/or damages of the machines and equipment, ensure the repair/maintenance serviceCoordinate and control the set-up processes in accordance with the pre-defined scheduleProvide, manage and update all documentation as regards the production activities and facilitiesManage the plant and machine safety, ensure that all safety requirements, sustainability issues and legal regulations are fulfilledYour ProfileGood standard of healthGood organization and attention on detailIT skills including Excel and SAP basis userVocational training in production or related fieldsAre you full of ideas?
