Summary

The position of Production Supervisor is a great opportunity to develop your experience in production field, having the possibility to manage a production team and, at the same time, continuous improvement projects.

What you will do

- Supervise the plastic molding & assembly department, the Concentrate department, and the external glass bottle packaging department;

- Ensuring that adequate resources are available with respect to the production plan;

- Ensure that operating procedures are followed to guarantee department productivity, product quality and operators' health and safety (measuring defined KPIs);

- Manage continuous improvement activities in departments;

- Participate to Quality internal and external audits, collaborating to define and implement adequate corrective actions

- Collaborates with maintenance, quality assurance, validation and EHS teams.

What you will bring

- Engineering Degree or Degree in Scientific Field

- Previous experience in production contexts (better if in Pharma/Food companies)

- Experience in continuous improvement/lean manufacturing (green/black belt certification will be considered a plus)

- Previous production team management is preferable

- Good knowledge of English language

- Proactive approach, problem solving, good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
