PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - Metal Coating and Rubber Preparation Departments

**Responsibilities**:

Organizing and managing the activities of the Metal Coating or Rubber Preparation departments, ensuring accountability for results;

Managing production processes to efficiently fulfill orders based on established KPIs;

Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards in production processes;

Planning team tasks, developing employee competencies, and motivating the team;

Analyzing performance results and preparing reports using ERP systems such as SAP;

Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous operational improvement;

Identifying and solving problems with a focus on long-term efficiency;

Participating in process improvement projects and implementing Lean methodologies.

**Your Skills and Qualities**:

Proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, with an advantage for experience in metal or rubber processing industries;

Technical or engineering education (preferred);

Strong understanding of production processes and the ability to optimize them;

Practical experience with Lean methodology;

Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work culture;

Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;

Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage;

Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
