**YOUR ROLE

- Monitor production lines operations to ensure that it complies with the quality and safety standards.

- Head responsibility for every facet of production processes; delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects

- Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily.

Conduct shift meetings to ensure that staffs understand daily objectives and output requirements.

- Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.

Monitor and control processes using visual observation and process data

- Supervise effective working of production and ensure compliance to all company & local policies to achieve all production objectives and provide appropriate feedback to all employees.

- Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements.

Prepare work instructions and plan/provide proper trainings to staffs on their job duties

- Ensure equipments and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintenance.

- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel

- Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to production schedules and budget for all production process.

- Builds safe, clean and positive working atmosphere.

- Spend above 90% of his/her time on the floor.

Become a technical expert for a designated process.

**YOUR SKILLS

- Degree in Engineering

- 2/3 years of previous experience in a similar role is required

- People Management skills

- Fluent in English is preferred

- IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package

- Proactive, passionate and a team-player with excellent communication skills.

Is willing to make difficult decisions when performance is not improving

- Lean Manufacturing knoledge is a plus
