Your role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor junior - area Automation who will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities Management of the efficiency, quality and OEE KPIsGuarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plansProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levelsResponsibility of the quality of the parts produced in his ShopKnowledge and application of delegation mechanismTraining and Development direct team membersAdvanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergencesKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential riskCollaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projects Main requirements Master's Degree in EngineeringAt least 2-3 years of experiencePrevious experience of responsibility is appreciatedKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)Strong managerial skillsProblem solving attitudeGood relationship skills What's in it for you
