Production Supervisor
he Production Supervisor ensures the execution of all pertinent production phases in compliance with the requirements of the GMPs supervising the activities carried out by the personnel of the Production Department.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the planning of Production Department (drug production in sterile lines and packaging area).

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Verify the methods of dressing, behavioral standards, and flow of materials in the areas with controlled contamination (and with regard to the sterile room) in compliance with internal procedures
- Execute and supervise the compilation of the Batch Record of the products and logbooks of the equipment in real time and in accordance with GMP requirements
- Revise Production Plan on the bases of change requested by Logistic Department, Commercial Director and Operation Director.
- Verify the correct compilation of batch product records, logbooks, and worksheets
- Report to the function manager of any anomaly / deviation detected during any processing phase of its own relevance
- Supervise the activities carried out by the personnel of the Production Department in relation to the various organizational positions
- Detect and report to the Production Manager, STS, the Quality Assurance Service and the Qualified Person QP any deviations from the GMP rules and any defects that could affect the quality of the products and the safety of the operators
- Maintain and control the equipment / plants of competence, in accordance with the requirements of the procedures

**Minimum requirements
b>What you'll bring to the role:
- Graduated in life science, chemistry, pharmacy, biology; Bachelor Scientific Level
- 2 years of Experience in Production Department within the pharmaceutical industry Lyophilization
- Knowledge of Aseptic process and GMP requirements
- Excellent Team working and leadership skills
- Italian and English fluent, written and spoken
