Bobst company is working on the development and production of state-of-the-art digital printing machining for the label industry.

Bobst is a global player in the printing market and in order to support our fast-growing company, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER. The Production Support Engineer is an expert on Bobst Flexo and Digital Printing Technology.

The main target for this role is to provide training and support to customers.

He works closely with his/her supervisor, colleagues, and internal customers to ensure constant and accurate testing of new applications to digital printing presses, enabling the products to grow to different application markets. Main responsibilities:Provide fast answers to customer-specific production needsProvide training to customers on press digital front-end softwareValidation of new applications according to customer needsColor profiling/managementCollect customers' requests/feedbacks and escalate them to the correct team inside the organizationAdjust press settings for Color Balance of Press OutputAlignment of press to achieve optimum outputFollow up/monitor customers' performance after machine's installationSupport on-demand demonstrationsQualifications:Experienced in Digital Printing and Flexo PrintingExperienced in manipulating pre-press files Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF editing experienceExperienced in color managementTeam player and a good communicatorCustomer service orientedEmpathic with customer's needsFlexibility, adaptability and analytical skillsVersatile, autonomous and rigorousMin 5 years in the printing industryFluent in EnglishWilling to travel to Customer sites within a predefined area of Service including international travel (Up to 75% of the time)For more than 130 years, and over 50 countries, BOBST has always been at the forefront of innovation and we want to accelerate connectivity, digitalization, automation, and sustainability to make packaging better than ever.
