Production Workers - 2nd ShiftOur client in Neenah, WI is seeking Production Workers to join their team.

As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the tube and core division.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and a good work history. Job Title: Production WorkerLocation: Neenah, WIPay Range: $24. 00 per hour plus shift differentialWhat's the Job? Either 2nd or 3rd shift are open - No Rotating10:45pm - 6:45 am (shift differential $0. 40) Sunday- Thursday2:45pm- 10:45 pm (shift differential $0. 26) Monday-FridayMust be flexible to work overtime when neededCollaborating closely with other departments and teamsHaving the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situationsMaking incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured productLearn to set up new jobs, train on other lines and in other departmentsMaintaining a safe, clean and organized work areaPerforming all duties as designated by supervisor/managerPerforming all duties in support of quality and safety policiesHelping out other departments as neededDowntime is cleaning and straightening timeWhat's Needed? Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.

You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced environment.

You must have the ability to work with various teams and have a good eye to spot defects in the packing line.

You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail. You have at least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. You have to have a "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks. You can easily lift up to 50 lbs.
