Responsibilities: Release and manage the daily workload for each area within the assigned zone.

Create and manage tasks within the EWM system to support production activities.

Provide support in troubleshooting system issues related to daily production workloads.

Cover assigned production areas in the absence of the Production Lead.

Communicate expectations and hold employees accountable.

Resolve deviations from standard work practices.

Engage and develop team for continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify and address safety concerns promptly and within established policies and procedures.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.

High level of commitment and flexibility.

Willingness and ability to work shifts.

Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment.
